In charge of creating a new identity and a label for Miel urbain, honey made on the roof of the Université du Québec à Montréal. The honey of the apiary of UQAM is collected two times a year, in the summer and in the fall.
Ce miel artisanal a été produit par des centaines de milliers d'abeilles et un collectif d’apicultrices et d’apiculteurs. Le rucher de l'UQAM est composé de quatre ruches. Chacune d'entre elles produit environ 30 kilos de miel
